THUNDER MACHINE WORKS INC. MORE COMBINED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE At the present time there are 12 employees in various capacities working for the Company. Six of our journeyman machinists have over 25 years of experience in the trade and all other key employees are fully qualified to perform efficiently on our major machine tools. BRIEF CORPORATE HISTORY Thunder Machine Works, Inc. was started in 1955 and has been in
continuous operation since then. George
C. Snyder assumed management control in 1978 and majority ownership in 1982.
Thunder Machine Work's Dunn & Bradstreet number is 09-250-0446,
and this will show a financially strong company without debt. The Company operates in a 8500 sq. ft. building built in 1978 on 2+
acres of land close to Highway 50 and Power Inn Road in the eastern section
of Sacramento. Snyder and the
other two owners own the land and building without any encumbrances.
Thunder Machine has open supply accounts with many vendors in the
Sacramento, San Francisco and Los Angeles areas. The best description of the business is "an industrial job
shop" since no product is manufactured for direct sale in the market
place. The Company obtains its revenue by performing work for industries
primarily located in Northern California or the Central Valleys of the
State. The product mix is
approximately 50% repair and 50% new parts, assemblies or complete machines. At the present time there are 12 employees in various capacities working

Also enclosed is a listing of our major machine tools with their
capacities. The IRD balancing
equipment is "state of the art" and is used on fabricated
rotational parts. Many of our
customers insist on the complete balancing of pump and electrical motor
components. Thunder Machine has built its reputation by providing quality work,
competitively priced on a timely schedule.
We base our schedules on the customer's needs and are prepared to
meet any emergency. Customer
references can be supplied if further information concerning the Company is
required.
